As we are both painfully aware, the building configuration did not allow us to place the ATM nor the night drop in the planned location, so the initial design of the surround needed modification to place each piece of equipment in its own "window." You were most instrumental and accomodating in creating a new design for two surrounds to meet this new challenge. These surrounds were ordered, produced and shipped. In phase two of our project, since one of the surrounds was damaged in shipping, we decided to re-design both of them. Your patience was impressive. You instantly understood our concerns, and coined the apt phrase, that we wanted more "personality" in the surrounds. Again, you worked with us to develop a new design that everyone could agree on and that was within our budget. Your suggestions combined with the others on our Surround Take-2 team were tremendous. Your ability to make modifications and provide new drawings, and enhanced pictures without even the slightest indication of frustration is remarkable. Believe it or not, we now have the two new surrounds installed and are happy with them. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your patience, creativity and willingness to go above and beyond to make this project a success. It is unique to find a vendor who is so accommodating. Thank you again. I hope we can work on another (easier) project again one day.

The Capitol Visitor's Center leadership thought they turned out well too. Design and color match the other wooden furniture perfectly.
Kiosk looks great! Went in like a charm. Your driver/installer Mark did a sensational job! I watched the installation. Jim Halski and the TMS team did an excellent job in building this custom unit. Many thanks to all involved!! |
